The service

Ollie is an AI-assisted business diagnostic tool. The free diagnostic identifies constraint areas across five business pillars. The paid 90-day plan ($1,750 NZD) provides a personalised action plan based on your diagnostic results.

What you're buying

When you purchase a plan, you receive a single AI-generated strategic document specific to your diagnostic results. This is a digital product — once generated and delivered, it is non-refundable. If there is a technical failure in delivery, contact us and we will regenerate or refund.

Not professional advice

Ollie provides AI-generated business analysis based on your self-reported answers. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or financial advice. Act on recommendations at your own discretion.

Accuracy

The diagnostic output is only as accurate as the information you provide. Ollie does not verify business data, conduct independent research, or access external systems unless explicitly connected (e.g. Databox integration).

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in NZD and include GST where applicable. We do not store card details.

Intellectual property

The plan generated for you is yours to use freely. The Ollie platform, diagnostic framework, and underlying prompt system remain the property of Ollie.
